OUR PROCESS
HANDCRAFTED DESIGN
Origin and History:
Decoupage originated in France in the 17th century as a way to decorate furniture and other household items. It was particularly popular in the 18th century at European courts, where graceful and colorful designs were applied to fans screens and another decorative objects.
The Process:
Our process is a reverse decoupage where the final image created is adhered onto the back of the glass tray, then carefully adding gold edging and finally a felt backing, creating a polished final product that can be simply wiped clean with a cloth and stand the test of time.
Each tray has the StellaRow logo-in the lower right corner of the tray, authenticating its an original StellaROW tray to collect and enjoy for years to come.
